Your responsibilities
| The newly created post has two main areas of focus: on the one hand, traditional commercial business functions, and on the other, the design of digital business processes. The job description covers the following main responsibilities: |
- Operational and strategic responsibility for financial accounting, management accounting and human resources
- Operational and strategic responsibility for IT and business processes
- General administrative tasks: insurance, telecommunications, etc.
- Management of external service providers in the above-mentioned areas
- Exploring existing funding opportunities
- Establishing efficient processes and structures to support our ‘Microganic 2030’ vision
What we’re looking for
- Experienced designer(s) with a passion for building a business together
- A degree in a business-related subject, commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
- 5 years’ professional experience
- A keen interest in processes and IT, with experience in managing IT or process projects
- entrepreneurial mindset, creative drive, decisive
- abstract and conceptual thinking; approachable; strong communication and motivational skills
- A high level of self-motivation and commitment, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently and in a results-oriented manner within predominantly paperless processes
- Native German speaker or equivalent; C1 level in English is essential
- Living close to the location or willing to relocate
- An enthusiastic team member who will work with us to establish the raw material of the future in as many recipes and countries as possible.
